Survey Opens June 2026

With the Chesterfield Family Aquatic Center scheduled to permanently close after the 2026 season, and as we continue to explore options for a pool replacement, we need to hear from you

During our March 2026 Open Houses, residents helped the City narrow down which concept they felt would maintain our high standards and enrich our community, leading to the development of the Preliminary Site plan for a new aquatic center. Read more about that here.

Now, as the City begins to explore next steps for a replacement project, we need your help again. Our community’s input has guided this exploration from the beginning, and this next piece will be no different.

With the help of Discovery Works Collaborative, the City will be conducting another survey to hear what our residents think about the Preliminary Site Plan, and what our community thinks is the best path forward.

Without a replacement plan, the City will need to demolish the current pool, costing taxpayers millions of dollars in removal costs.

Help guide final decisions and communication efforts, and ensure the plan reflects community priorities before it moves ahead by participating in our survey.

The survey opens in June. Stay tuned and don’t wait to share your feedback!
